Client understands that X may utilize or authorize the publication of the Article or portions thereof, through any medium now or hereafter available worldwide, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media sites and services, third-party publications, training materials, marketing efforts, internal communications, and advertising campaigns. Client agrees to the use of its trademarks in the Article. Client also consents to the use of any Client-supplied images incorporated into the Article and agrees that it has the right to convey such consent. Client further agrees that nothing described or disclosed in the Article constitutes “confidential information” as contemplated by any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement or contract terms that may exist between the parties or any third party. Client agrees that X is the author of the Article and is responsible for its content. The undersigned represents and warrants that he/she is authorized to execute this Acknowledgement & Publication Authorization on behalf of Client.

Photo release and waiver
I grant X permission to utilize and publish photographs and images of me and/or my likeness and acknowledge that X shall own all rights to such photos and images. I further grant X all rights to use my name, likeness, and any other indicia of my identity, and to copyright, use and publish any resulting photos or images, in all forms of media throughout the world in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose, all without prior review or approval by me and all without compensation to me or my heirs. I further release all directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and assigns of X from any and all injuries, claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities or obligations of any kind (“Claims”) arising from X’s exercise of these rights, including without limitation any Claims based on libel, the right of publicity or the right of privacy.
I HAVE READ THIS PHOTO RELEASE AND WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY, I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND I RECOGNIZE THAT IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT AND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, WHICH I DO SO VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR DURESS.
