Nhờ động lực truyền cảm hứng từ bạn @ChiNhaKhoa (Post của bạn chia sẽ tại đây) Nên mình quyết tâm học theo bạn
- Mục đích cá nhân: Phải giỏi tiếng Anh thì mới làm được tiền nhiều, dạo nay mình lướt tìm việc làm và đa số ngoài yêu cầu chuyên môn thì Tiếng Anh là bắt buộc phải có (Nó như phổ cập tiếng Việt cách đây vài chục năm của ông cha ta). Không có tiếng Anh, xem như mất cơ hội rất nhiều ở các công ty lớn.
- Cách học:

• Học theo giáo trình bạn chia sẻ, và sẽ học mỗi ngày và mình sẽ học theo cách của mình thấy là phù hợp
• Mỗi ngày mình sẽ dành thời gian để nghe 1 bài và nghe cho đến khi viết lại đoạn mình nghe được(Mình sẽ viết bằng cách comment trên này luôn)

Trình độ của mình hiện tại: BEGINNER 2

Tạm thời là như vậy, có gì thay đổi mình sẽ update thêm.

Boy: People should clean up before they leave and not leave litter life lying around.
Girl: That’s right, well after a our picnic let pick up all of litter we can and take it out of here.
Boy: Ok, and next week let come back with friends and pick up some more.

B: 50 cents, it’s only 5 cents extra for a page cup.
W: I thought it was 50 cents.
B: No, it’s only 5 cents. Don’t worry and you can get your money back when you return a cup.
W: That’s fair. Well maybe the government to write down after wrong our is right, after all. I will return all the page coffee cups I use from now on.

B: Not really. The leaves used to be very green, now most of them have turn brown.
W: Well, I think your rose bush need some fertilizer.
B: OK, what sort of most fertilizer do you think I should use.
W: This liquid fertilizer is very good, it will help make your rose leaves green again. Then the plant should produce …roses quiet soon. The fertilizer costs about ten dollars.
B: How long will I take for my rose bush recover.
W: About two weeks, I think.
B: Great, I will take it, thank you so much for your help.
W: Your welcome!

W: Really, maybe I will go bird watching one day after all.

Unit 5 Trees and forests

There are many forests in North America. There are many trees in these forests, some of these trees are more than 200 feet tall some of are over 500 years old. Several kinds of trees growing need forests Fir, cedar, and pine are three. These trees growing different areas, some grow in forests, some grow on the mountains, people who lived in this place long ago used these trees to make things out of wood. Many of these trees are now in special area. These areas are called forest reserves or national parks. Some parks charge a small entrance fee, Visitors must pay the fee to enter the parks. Then they can walk among the beautiful old trees. They must take care not to demise these trees. We should all take care of forests.

B: I’m not very good at using a computer, is this hard to buy things online?
G: It’s really easy, all you do it go to the website and choose the item you want to look at, there are so many items to choose from the website, after you choose it what you want to buy, you click on the checkout button.
B: That does seem easy.
G: Yes, This is. It only takes about a week for your item to come, of course, if your are in a hurry, you can pay more to get it send faster.
B: Do you pay for the item when it comes.
G: No, you have to pay for it online with a credit card.

Unit 7 Cellphone messages
G: I need to check my messages.
B: How are you going to do that? We are in the middle in off the freeway.
G: I am going to use my cellphone. Have Haven't you ever done that?
B: No, I just use my cellphone to talk to other people.
G: Now you can also use the a cellphone to send and receive short text messages, it is very useful.
B: How do you send a message that way?
G: I just use the keys on the phone to type a short message then I press the send button, it’s cheaper than making a phone call.
B: That is a great idea. You can save both time and money that way.
G: Right, all my friends usually send me text messages now.

Mình nghe tạm ổn hơn rồi, nhưng mình đang khá tệ khâu ngữ pháp, có cách nào học ngữ pháp dễ như cách mình đang nghe không nhỉ?

Unit 8 Bubbles in boiling water
Where did the bubbles come from when you boil the water? Water is a liquid, when it is heated, It moves around faster and faster. When it starts to boil, the liquid turns into a gas. This gas is called water vapor. This gas is lighter than the water around it. It rises to the top. then disappears into the air. As the water gets hotter and hotter, it starts turning into gas very quickly, a lot of bubbles form at the same time. All these bubbles try to escape at once. The bubbles push the water out of the way and jump out. This is what we call boiling water. More and more water turns into the gas, more of it disappear into the air. After a while, every drop of water will be gone. Try it and see!

B: Joe asked me something about science just now but I didn’t know the answer.

G: I’ll explain it in a simple way. Light comes through the air from the sun in wares.
B: The light is in many colors. Right!
G: Right, blue light wares are smaller than air molecules. These sometimes get absorbed by these molecules.

G: Then the blue light waves scatters many directions. Your eyes see the blue light from above you, after it leaves the air molecules.
B: So that is what makes the sky blue, what happens to the other colors?
G: They reflect off the things that they hit. Your shirt is red because these eyes see the red light reflected from it.
B: Now I understand why the sky is blue.

B: I just bought a digital camera.
G: What is wrong with your old camera?
B: Nothing, I bought this one because I want to store my pictures on my computer.
G: I see.

G: I like to print all my photos that why I like the old cameras
B: Oh, you can print digital photos too. Many shops will print them for you.

Art and culture

Unit eleven – GOLD

Gold has been a part many cultures for hundreds of years, people make made coins and jewelry with gold. Gold is a soft metal, It’s easy to shape into sheets, long wires or rings. People sometimes make mix gold with other metal. This makes the gold harder. then it can be makes into beautiful jewelry. Why do we value gold so much. It has a special color, no other metal is bright yellow, we also value gold because it is rare. A rare thing it hard to find. Even after hundreds of years gold is still of precious metal now. It’s still value for its beauty, it’s still rare. Today banks store gold in the form of bars, it values more than 600 dollars per ounce. Gold is more useful now then over before.

The summer music festival
G: Have you heard about the music festival next summer? I read that it is going to have about 20 different bands play in it.
B: I think I did hear someone talking about it? Are you planning on going?
G: I’ll go if I can get tickets. I heard that People are going to line up overnight to get tickets. I might line up overnight too.
B: I don’t think I want to line up all night long.
G: well, I’m going to do it, I think it’s going to be a great music festival that I won’t want to miss.
B: Maybe, Do you know how much the ticket are going to cost?
G: I’m not sure, But I think each ticket will be about 75 dollars.
B: That’s a lot of money. I don’t think I want to spend that much on a ticket, good luck anyway.

B: Are you going to the school play on Saturday night?
G: The school play? I didn’t know there was going to be a play on Saturday night.
B: yes, I heard about it in English class yesterday. I think it will be really good.
G: Who told you about it?
B: Ms. Martin, our English teacher, told us all about it. This is drama club’s first play of the year.
G: What is the play about? I hope it’s nothing boring.
B: Can you guess what is it?
G: Oh, come on, tell me please!
B: It’s the sound of music.
G: Really! I watched the sound of music on TV last month, it very good, are you sure?
B: Of course, I’m sure. That’s what Ms. Martin said. Would you like to watch the play with me on Saturday night?
G: That will be great, let go early so we get good seats.

Unit 14 Ballet class

W: Hi Cindy, where are you going?
G: Good afternoon Mrs. White, I am going to ballet class.
W: Ballet class, I didn’t know you was studying ballet. How long have you been studying ballet?
G: Today is my first day and I don’t want to go. My mom and dad want me to learn ballet, I’m not sure I want to learn how to dance.
W: I used to learn ballet too when I was your age. Now I teach ballet in a dance school.
G: Oh, I didn’t know that, where do you teach your classes?
W: Down the street at easy steps Dance Academy. Ballet is fun to learn and its very graceful dance. You will need to learn the steps and practice a lot of course but I think you will enjoy it.
G: I hope so.
G: well, go and have some fun dancing.

Unit 15 Monet’s Garden.

Claude Monet was a great artist. He was the first of the a group artists called the Impressionist. This group of artists thought about how things in the world made them feel. They tried to show this in their work. This way of painting shows how light can change shapes and colors. Monet did a lot of his work outdoors, he wanted to show how daylight made things look. Many of his paintings are of gardens. He likes to paint flower and trees, he loved to pain his own garden. His garden was in a villages, he lived there for many years. Today, many visitors come each year to this garden, they come from all over the world, most of them are art lover or artists, they come to see the place that Monet loved so much.
