Nope I am serious about this. Not anything else.
I will join your zalo group, let's improve our English together. To learn another language fluently, I think first you have to have a burning desire to learn and to get better at it. I used to be obsessive with reading foreign novels in English so I use that as motivation to acquire fluency. Now I frequent Reddit as a social media site to get world news and participate in subreddits that I take a liking to kill time. When learning a new language, I think you will be opened up to another culture, and other ways of thinking which can help reduce bias in judging other people.

If y'all wanna have someone to talk to as a way to practice speaking skill, then joining some discord groups is kinda a good idea. first thing first, searching for 24/7 live chat on youtube, the one that I highly recommend is lofi girl aka chilled cow b4, a 24/7 live chat. Their discord server does look really active, and alot of ppl go there to hangout. after joining, just picking up a voice chat channel their and join the conversation. I don't suggest newbie do that, it's more appropriate for ones whose listening skill is good enough to understand what foreigners say.

Hi everyone :)
This is the first time I have commented in this thread.
I got 865/990 for TOEIC Reading & Listening test in July by self-studying in a couple of months.
However, I find it is much more difficult to improve my writing & speaking skill.
I plan to take an online short-term communication course in the early next year.
I hope to start my schedule as soon as possible :D

You got the two comprehension skills at mid-B2 level. That's around band 6 on the IELTS.
Building up your speaking and writing skills will take time but it seems you already have the foundation, so you'll find yourself progressing a bit easier than pure starters.

Yes, as a student residing in Australia.
Try to talk to the mirror first. Or else, put yourself in a survival situation where you have no choice but speak English.

What is your occupation?
Do you have a lot of time for improving your English skill?
I am a fresh gradute student, my major is in electrical & electronic engineering.
In my school, most students (include me) concentrate on studying subjects related to their field only, we tend to practice reading skill (it is good for reading datasheet, catalogue and application manual) more than the rest skill.
In my horizon, it is a common situation in most of universites in engineering field in Vietnam.
Generally, Vietnamese Engineers are usually appreciated in their profession skill, but not in English communication :byebye:
