Chả là em có ông khách thuê em vẽ minh họa 1 quyển sách, từ lần gửi bản thảo gần nhất cho đến bây giờ là hơn 1 năm rồi. Lúc đó thật sự chỉ còn vẽ bìa nữa là xong nhưng rồi dịch ập tới, lúm úm cả tỷ chuyện gia đình và công việc cộng với vẫn chưa hài lòng lắm với bản thảo đó nên em cứ dây dưa. Cuối cùng thì cũng có chút thời gian rảnh nên em quyết định vẽ lại từ A-Z luôn rồi gửi ổng 1 lần. Giờ chỉ muốn làm cho thỏa vì đây là dự án lớn đầu tiên và khá quan trọng, ổng ko chịu nữa thì cũng chả sao. Em cũng tính viết 1 bức thư nhận lỗi hơi lâm li tí nhưng vẫn thể hiện mình nghiêm túc muốn hoàn thành tác phẩm một cách tốt nhất, chất lượng thay vì chạy theo tiến độ. Em mắt nhắm mắt mở viết xong cũng 2 giờ sáng, cao nhân nào rảnh ghé qua cho em vài dòng nhận xét với ạ, em đa tạ

First of all, I sincerely apologize for being out of touch for a long time. I've been aware that was totally disrespected and unprofessional to you with that such behavior. As an emerging artist, I was excited but also overwhelmed, confused and bad in time and quality management when working on such a big project like this for the first time.
I'm also aware that you could be not interested in this project after the long wait and don't care checking the attachment anymore, I'm totally fine with it. However, I'm still sending all the finished work to you as a way to say I really love this project and want to keep my words of completing it. This is my first big project so it plays a very important role in my career.
From the last time, my aesthetic sense, insight and style have been changed, improved and I realized that the previous draft wasn't good enough to be published. It took me a really long time for considering before went to the difficult but rational decision: remake everything! These are the changes:
-I've changed the book size from A5 landscape to A5 portrait.
- Redrawing every single picture by brush pen, shading by pencil and painting them with watercolors.
-The drawings have the design composition in pairs (spread) instead of mostly on every single page like before. Nearly 1/3 of the drawings are changed to be more relevant.
-Some drawings having linking content were merged into 1 page, decrease around 10 in the total page.
-I've had another artist helped to design the cover in order to diversify the style and bring the book a fresh look, ended up the result wasn't good, I decided to do it myself.
