Chuyện là em có mở 1 folder đồ án tốt nghiệp nhưng khi bấm mở đọc file đuôi csv thì nó báo lỗi như này

Cái lối to lù lù còn hỏi: "IronXL must be licensed for deployment outside of the Visual Studio development environment - Empty License Key"
