Luật Đất đai 2024 nó đã nói rõ vậy rồi, các bác vẫn vin vô lý do là "Bảng giá đất cũ hết hiệu lực" để treo hết hồ sơ cả tháng nay. Chán thật sự

Chán thật, đọc xong chẳng thấy các bác tháo gỡ gì các hồ sơ đang tắc lại từ 01/8 đến giờ, chỉ thấy bảo "ủng hộ TPHCM xây dựng bảng giá mới". Thắc mắc là chẳng lẽ các bác không thấy việc treo hết hồ sơ chuyển nhượng ở TPHCM suốt cả tháng rưỡi không phải là việc gấp, cần xử lý trước để khơi thông cho người dân?

Nhưng mà vấn đề là cần phải phân loại hồ sơ tính thuế và từ đó có thể ưu tiên gỡ cho các hồ sơ chuyển nhượng mà, bên thuế hoàn toàn có thể căn vô giá chuyển nhượng để tính thuế/LPTB mà. Thực tế, mấy năm nay, hễ ai khai gian giá (dù vẫn cao hơn bảng giá rất nhiều) thì bên thuế cũng bắt khai lại cả, chứng tỏ thuế xem bảng giá đất là thứ yếu thôi, mà giờ lại vin vô đó để giam hồ sơ?

Mình cũng cùng trường hợp. Sốt ruột quá . Mình là bên mua. Bên bán họ cho nhận nhà rồi xong giờ chưa sang tên chưa gỡ phong toả tiền họ nói quá trời. K biết khi nào xong. Sợ họ đòi tiền hay lỡ đâu đòi nhà quá hic
 
Kiểu này còn lâu các bác à
Có duyệt thì đống đang tắc thì cũng phải cả tháng mới giải quyết xong

đúng là tai bay vạ gió, tôi đã ký HDMB công chứng vào cuối tháng 7 nhưng nhờ đăng bộ thì đến ngày 2/8 :(
Tôi nghe mấy cases vay nóng bên ngoài để mua trước rồi sau đó cắm sổ trả, chắc chết đứng luôn quá =((
