Passage 3 is most toughest in IELTS Reading, because this paragraph has a lot of new words (In C1- C2 words in Cambridge dictionary), how I can do with this passage, Should I pull an all nighter to learn by heart vocabulary, I mean rote learning, in this paragraph after doing it ?

how can you anticipate new words ? depending on context ? right
Exactly. That said, it is important to know essential vocabinary that are common in ielts test (like hesitate) and their synonym as well. I accumulate these words none by rote learning but from reading english sites and practicing writing english

Can you tell me more about that, or give me the name of that method, I often feel overwhelmed when taking a reading test due to a large of mount vocabulary, and I wonder if should I take note new words that are in the reading context but never met in speaking context.
Ex: burst row upon row of = rapidly grow.
Should I take note it and learn by spaced repetition like Anki?
