• Own and drive P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital
• Lead multi-site factory operations (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)

• 20+ years of experience; 7–10+ years as #CEO / #COO / #GM
• Background in Manufacturing / FMCG / Agri-business
• Strong mastery of P&L, cash flow, and working capital
• Proven success improving OEE, yield, and reducing DSO / inventory
• Experienced in working with Boards and Big4 auditors
• Fluent English; data-driven, decisive, and values-led
• Willing to travel between HCMC and factory sites (Dong Nai / Ninh Thuan)
