Em chào các bác!
Dạo gần đây có làm 1 vài tác vụ nặng thì thấy PC tự khởi động lại, cả 2 tháng trước đó e chỉ chơi game như LOL, FO4 thì bình thường không sao cả, các bác cho em hỏi nhiệt độ CPU tầm bao nhiêu thì máy sẽ tự khởi động lại ạ, em có check logs thì thấy có 1 lỗi critical như sau:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Và một số lỗi level Error như sau:
1. A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event.
2. The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine.. For more information, please see Secure Boot DB and DBX variable update events - Microsoft Support (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2169931)
Cũng 2 năm rồi e chưa đi vệ sinh tra keo, đang sài tản stock thôi ạ, e đang nghi là do CPU bị nóng quá, nãy e có check sơ sơ run nhẹ thấy lên 78 độ, mong các bác tư vấn ạ, e cảm ơn nhiều
