You can try to figure out what your hobbies are and start from that. You should do something that make you feel meaningful. Wasting time for doing nothing is the worst thing.

In order to speak English fluently, you have to pay a lot of effort "put a lot of effort".
I think you don't have good basis as the moment "fundamental knowledge at the moment". You should look for a teacher or follow a course to get along well "regain your English ability".

The Silver Head and Mr.X are sworn enemies. In 2xxx, The Silver Head decides to get rid of Mr.X at once. So he brings his men to Mr.X 's lair, gonna destroy him once and for all. But, X is different, he is calm and very wise; he invites Silver to his lair and arranges activities to welcome his guest. Silver Head is so arrogant, he accepts X's invitation without any doubt about there may be traps. Silver goes to the frozen store preserving shrimps and then immediately to the paddy field. The change of temperature made Silver Head have a stroke ; he is half-dead. His right-hand man has to bring him back to Hospital..... After this event, Mr.X is really content because he has just scared Siver and his goons away without shedding blood.
