Trying from Zero?
-Getting yourself the motivation, which is for me the most important and crucial factor.
-Finding youself an appropiate method of learning 4 skills.
-Spending a specific amount of time on learning the language every day. No matter how bad your mood or your day or anything else is, you have to move on.

This is passive form man. Or, you can use change as a noun

Is it possible to make sentence like that? It seems more common to say "I don't know what to say"?
