Well saying he is illiterate is quite a bit of an overstatement. To be frank, his foreign language capability is no doubt awful, but at least he's still fluent enough in his native tongue.
The problem with this vulgar young man is that he is dispassionately distancing himself from reality. He is sheltering himself in his own cocoon, and wrap around his thoughts and ideology with the strings of lies and deception. He just want to acknowledge things that align with his temple of thoughts, a typical symptom of people with Narcissistic personality disorder.
