- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and integrate backend components for web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Ruby language and the Rails framework.
- Ability to estimate and deliver the commitment
- Strong knowledge of Unit test creation.
- Ability to integrate with 3rd party APIs (Firebase, Firestore, Payment, CRM...)
- Experience with front-end technologies like React/Angular is a plus
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of using Project Management Tool & Source code control like Jira, Github...
- Knowledge of CRM integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology usage (AWS, GCP) is a great plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Decent communication skills in English is a great plus
