Có bạn, mình nghe được khá hơn ak, đa số trong văn nói người ta đọc nối từ rất nhiều, nghe nhiều giúp mình hiểu nhanh hơn

Unit 30 Teamwork.
When people work together as a team, they can achieve a lot. You can easily get things done when you share the work.
We practice teamwork in my family both my parents have jobs my father is a doctor, my mother is a teacher, both of them work long hours all week, my brother is a student at college, I am a student in school, we all have very busy lives, So when it comes to household chores, We all work together to get them done. Each of us have different chores, my parents takes turn to cook, my brother take out the trash. my mother does the laundry, my brother washes the dishes, I sweep the floor, We share the chores and work together, everything gets done fast. People should practice working as in a team, Teamwork works.

Unit 31 Sport and health/ The marathon
B: Did you watch the Boston marathon?
G: Yes, I went to Boston to see it.
B: You were in Boston for the marathon?
G: That right, my friend is a runner, so I went there to watch her run. We traveled to Boston together.
B: You are so lucky, which part of the marathon did you see?
G: I watched the entire race, from start to finish.
B: I don’t know how the runners can finish the whole race. It so long and difficult, I couldn’t never do something like that.
G: I tries to run the marathon once. It was really difficult, I just can’t run like my friend can.
B: Yes, running a marathon is not easy thing to do, by the way, how did your friend do in the race.
G: She did quite well, She was not the fastest runner but she was in the top fifteen.

Racquetball
Racquetball is a popular sport. It was first played in the US. This game started just a little more than 50 years ago. That makes it quite new sport. Other Racket likes tennis and squash have been played a long time. Racquetball rules are a mix of rules from both handball and squash. A short racket used to play this game. This game became popular almost at once when it first came out. More and more people want to play it. Clubs began to build racquetball courts. They build those courts for players of this new sport. People all of ages can play this game, but most players today are young people, most of them are between the ages of 12 – 34, racquetball is now a famous sport. It is played all over the world.

B: Hi Alex, what have you been doing? You look tired.
G: I stayed up last night to watch the Olympics. We won a gold medal for men’s basketball. We also won the silver medal for women’s tennis.
B: That’s great, what about gymnastics?
G: the man team didn’t do so well, but the woman team won the silver medal.
B: I haven’t had much time to watch but I saw the opening ceremony.
G: What have you been doing this summer?
B: I’ve been playing baseball and taking swimming lessons.
G: I like to watch baseball. Maybe I can come and watch your team play some time. When do you usually play?
B: We have a game this weekend. Why don’t you come and watch us play in the park?
G: Sure, just let me know what time the game starts, see you later.

bạn có học phát âm thuần thục trước không. hay bập nghe luôn rồi nói nhái theo file luônah,mình cứ nghe hoài chừng nào ra từ viếtđược thì thôi, nếu từ nào nghe khôngđược thì ít nhất từđó phải nghe đc ngheít nhất 10 lần, xong mở file wordlist (của bài nghe) xem và nghe lại

ah, hiện tại mình chỉ nghe thôi, lâu lâu nhái theo
Theo gợi ý của bạn chắc mình phải thêm 1 bước nữa là sau khi nghe xong mình nên nói lại và ghi âm lại cuộc hội thoại để improve speaking

1 tháng cải thiện đc gì nhiều ko thím, cái này khó vượt qua sự làm biếng lắm, mình thấy nếu kiên trì theo đuổi cố gắng học suốt thì 2,3 năm ai cũng giao tiếp được, điều này ai cũng thấy và nhận ra đó nhưng có mấy ai làm được đâu.
