Natural Language Processing Engineer (NLP engineer) - Onsite
Salary range & benefit:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and optimization of algorithms related to content understanding;
2. Utilize your modeling skills to build, fine-tune, retrieve, adapt, and feature engineer for our AI platform and business customers.
3. Seamlessly integrate new research into our AI engine in scalable, interoperable components.
4. Act as a player-coach, building, coding, testing, and coaching junior members, research partners, and product managers.
5. Test hypotheses to enhance user experience with the models powering our product. Your findings may guide our research partners or product managers towards new directions.
6. Innovate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ground-breaking AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Job requirements:
1. Strong Machine learning foundation.
2. Experienced as an NLP AI Engineer or data scientist (2+ years in building chatbots is preferred).
3. Familiar with transformer-based models. Hands-on experience in training and deploying Large Language Models is a big plus,..
4. Ability to keep yourself updated with cutting-edge technologies in related fields.
5. Experienced in high-performance AI frameworks such as TorchScript, TensorRT, ONNX, etc.
6. Proficiency with Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
7. Solid knowledge of databases, data structures and algorithms.
