Not only that, half of the share listed in two platforms of HOSE and HNX and two half in the Upcom (788 codes) have the year average volume of transactions under 10000 shared per trading session.

According to the report of Surveying of disclosure information in the stock market in 2020, which is conducted by VietNam Financial Management Association coordinating with VietStock, there are 329 companies among the total 729 listed companies that have rightly and sufficiently complied with the disclosure information obligation in both platforms HOSE and HNX.
The survey shows that the familiar violations related to Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 Financial Statement disclosure in the year 2019, and half year 2019 financial statement and the prompted and sanctioned errors in disclosure information.
Although, a great thing in the report is that the listed companies have better and better accommodated the disclosure information obligation as regulations. In the reporting period this year (from 1-5-2019 to 30-4-2020), the company proportions which meet the standards increase from 36.33% to 45.13%
