Today I'd like to share with you my opinion about the Vinfast business in the United States. Some advocates believe that marketing should go first, and production comes after in the car industry. What are your opinions about this idea? Is it possible for Vinfast to succeed in the North American market?

There are many aspects to do to become a leading company in a specific industry including marketing and production. In the automobile, things are even more complex because cars are playing an important role in modern life. I totally disagree with these opinions that a company should brag about a certain product first, then try to fix any operational issues later.

First of all, people are spending a huge amount of time driving in their cars and safety is among the most crucial criteria when choosing a car. If a car is having many technical issues, it will need to test, fix and adjust. Once the errors are cleared, then launch. Otherwise, the subsequent accidents will cost manufacturers a lot of money to reimburse. In the United States, for example, a company could lose millions of dollars paying for safety-related issues. In addition, a firm would face many risks of suing and legal compliance.

Second, having a good reputation for quality cars is much better than bad rumors. Spending money on Operations and Research is an effective, sustainable way compared to sponsoring marketers and KOLs when it comes to the car industry. For example, Tesla has a good reputation for the technology and reliability of their cars. They have spent little on marketing campaigns when we take into account the sales revenue.

In conclusion, when we refer to the long run in the car industry, a manufacturer should focus on the safety and reliability of their cars first. Only after satisfying a high-quality standard, marketing is then used to enhance the market's awareness to boost the sales figures.

The topic today is "There is a lot of pressure on young people today to succeed academically. As a result, some people believe that non-academic subjects, such as physical education and cookery, should be removed from the school syllabus so that children can concentrate on academic work. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience. Write at least 250 words."

---

It is believed that students are studying a lot to be successful academically, including academic subjects and non-academic ones. Many people think that subject-related workload is too much and academically irrelevant subjects should be eliminated to ease the hard work so that children can focus on academic subjects. To some extent, I quite disagree with these ideas.

First of all, I have to say that workload in schools is getting heavy and unnecessary. There are many coursework and knowledge which are no need to add to a curriculum at some grades. For example, differential equations are not necessarily taught in grade 10. It is more suitable when teaching this concept in grade 12. There are many terms that are introduced too early in the syllabus. As a result, time spent in other helpful activities is cut down significantly and children have to work on their own in a library or at home to get high marks.

However, the idea of getting rid of non-academic subjects is a step too far to solve this problem. We, humans, need to be balanced in every part of our lives. We need to learn many different kinds of knowledge to be good citizens in our modern society. For instance, sports is playing an important role in professional life as it helps us to reduce stress level, become healthier and gain creativity. Learning and practicing physical activities in schools will help children to establish good habits and have a better chance to maintain them when they grow up.

In conclusion, the workload that students need to complete in schools these days is huge and it needs to be reduced suitably. Instead of removing the non-academic subjects from curriculums, we have many better solutions to deal with it, such as cutting off the high-level concepts and ideas.

The graphic demonstrates the percentage of the health care cost in the total GDP throughout twelve countries in Europe over three periods of time.

With regard to changes from 2002 to 2012, there were four countries that didn't change their proportions of health care cost, that are Belgium, Estonia, Spain and Switzerland at 10%, 3%, 8% and 11% respectively. The other countries just fluctuated in a small amount by 1% over time, except France with a 2% of fluctuation during the 2007 - 2012 period.

Interestingly, there were huge differences between other countries in terms of the percentage of health care cost compared to the total GDP. These figures in Switzerland are over three times as much as in Estonia between 2002 and 2012. The figures varied but did not exceed 11% among surveyed countries.

Overall, there were small changes over time in all of the surveyed countries when it comes to the ratio of health expenditure to the total GDP. Some countries kept the figures constant, while others fluctuated slightly. As we can see, healthcare expenditure took the least account of GDP in Estonia and the most in Switzerland.

This post of yours contains too many mistakes:

registed ===> registered

Today is 28, July, 2023 ===> July 2023

12 thousands ===> thousand (The word "thousands" is used only for estimation, without a specific count preceding it.)

it so cheap ===> it is so cheap

I am starting learn English ===> I am starting to learn English

somthing ===> something

maybe incorrect about grammary, vocobulary ... ===> Grammar, vocabulary, etc., may be incorrect... (You spelled the word 'vocabulary' incorrectly, anh there is no word 'grammary' in the English dictionary.)

I hope it will mark a new depart ===> departure

I just checked it briefly and there are already so many mistakes like this, to put it in Vietnamese terms, it's 'blindness'. I hope you will write your paragraph more carefully next time.

Reducing thousands of fishing vessels to avoid the depletion of aquatic resources.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has proposed a reduction in the number of fishing vessels at sea from the current 86,800 to 83,600 in the next 7 years.

The draft Plan for the Protection and Exploitation of Aquatic Resources for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, is currently being reviewed before being submitted to the Prime Minister.

According to the proposal, the drafting agency suggests a nationwide reduction of 3,200 fishing vessels at sea by 2030. Out of the total of 83,600 vessels, the majority are boats measuring 6-12 meters in length, accounting for 39,000 boats; boats measuring 12-15 meters in length amount to over 17,000 boats; boats measuring 15-24 meters in length make up 24,500 boats, while the remaining are boats longer than 24 meters.

The Central coastal region (from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan) has the highest number of fishing vessels with 33,100 boats; the Gulf of Tonkin (from Quang Ninh to Quang Binh) has 23,800 boats; the Southeast region (from Ba Ria-Vung Tau to Bac Lieu) has 13,000 boats; and the Southwest region (Kien Giang) has 13,600 boats.

By 2030, it is expected that provinces and cities will reduce the total number of fishing vessels by at least 12% compared to 2020.

The number of fishing vessels nationwide has been decreasing over the past 10 years. In 2010, there were 128,400 fishing vessels in the country, and after 12 years, this number has decreased by 41,600. The number of large-capacity vessels (for offshore fishing) has increased. Currently, Vietnam has a fleet of 32,400 offshore fishing vessels, surpassing the set target.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has proposed banning the use of destructive fishing gear that poses a high risk to immature fish stocks. Fishing gear with low selectivity and that obstructs the migration and reproduction of endangered, valuable, and rare aquatic species will also be prohibited.

In addition to reducing the number of fishing vessels, the number of direct laborers involved in fisheries is expected to decrease from the current 730,000 to 600,000 by 2030.

This policy aims to transform Vietnam into a country with sustainable and modern fisheries, ensuring social welfare and maintaining national independence and sovereignty.

In recent years, Vietnam's fisheries sector has experienced continuous growth. Over a span of 12 years (2010-2022), the total volume of exploited aquatic products has steadily increased from 2.4 million to 3.86 million tons. In 2022, the total production of aquatic products reached over 9 million tons, with 3.86 million tons from fishing and 5.19 million tons from aquaculture. The export turnover amounted to 11 billion USD.

However, the editorial agency assesses that Vietnam's offshore fisheries production has exceeded the sustainable threshold. The main reason is excessive exploitation and poor control.

The majority of fishing vessels operate near the coast using destructive fishing gear, depleting the seafood resources. As a result, the seafood reserves in Vietnam's coastal areas have been continuously declining. In the 2000s, the national seafood reserves were about 5 million tons; ten years later, it decreased to 4.3 million tons. By 2019, the seafood reserves were only 3.95 million tons, with the majority being small pelagic fish.

In June, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Le Minh Hoan, stated the policy of reducing fishing vessels to establish strong fishing cooperatives at sea. The ministry is calculating the support needed for fishermen to build larger, modernized vessels for offshore fishing. Vietnam will develop powerful fishing fleets equipped with modern exploitation and processing technologies.

Write about the following topic. There is no doubt that globalization has benefited the world by bringing together people, businesses and nations. People who criticize it stand in the way of progress. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience. Write at least 250 words.

---

Nowadays, globalization is an irreversible trend all over the world. There are many different advocates who support this phenomenon and argue with those who are against it. These people say that anti-globalism is preventing the globe from being more thriving. In my opinion, they have their own logical reasons to state that.

First things first, we need to admit that globalization is a good thing in modern societies. With the help of high-speed internet, globalization eases many barriers of the physical borders, which in turn brings goods and products from a manufacturer to places where in shortage. For example, a high-quality car in the United States can be sent to a customer far away on the other side of the Pacific Ocean where the industrial development is limited, just by the globalized joint agreements between countries. Moreover, the flat world and globalization are playing an essential role in eliminating unfairness so that it could create a wide variety of employment opportunities in emerging countries. For instance, a graphic designer in Vietnam can apply for and get a high-paid job in developed countries thanks to sharing cultural knowledge and exchanges with the foundation of globalization.

On the other hand, there are many thoughtful things we should consider when we globalize to eliminate drawbacks. It can be easily seen that creative products should be protected. In China, there are many companies that focus on copying intellectual assets, making alike things and selling at lower prices. In a world where everyone is closer and information is easy to spread than ever, international laws and enforcement should be done strictly to help the pioneers. Another downside that should be taken into account is job security. Governments may have some policies so that companies need to prioritize local employees. Without this protection, the labor market could be damaged by globalization and alien workers.

In conclusion, it can not be denied that globalization is very important and we should promote that rather than criticize it. Nevertheless, I always think that we should take some appropriate measures to help this trend develop in the right way.

I was be headache and thirst until night ===> Until late at night, I had headaches and thirst (This sentence is completely wrong, why is there 'was' and 'be' next to each other?)
