Today's topic I will write about: The Impact of Social Media on Human Relationships
The Impact of Social Media on Human Relationships

In today's digital age, social media has become an integral part of our lives, profoundly influencing the way we communicate and interact with others. While social media platforms offer numerous benefits, such as connecting people across the globe and providing a platform for self-expression, they also have a significant impact on human relationships.

One of the most noticeable effects of social media on relationships is the way it has transformed the concept of friendship. In the past, friendships were primarily built through face-to-face interactions, shared experiences, and mutual trust. However, with the advent of social media, the definition of friendship has expanded to include online connections. People now have the ability to connect with others from different parts of the world, forming friendships based solely on shared interests or online interactions. While this can be a positive aspect, it also raises questions about the depth and authenticity of these relationships. Online friendships may lack the emotional intimacy and support that come with in-person connections.

Moreover, social media has altered the way we communicate with our loved ones. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter provide us with instant access to our friends and family, allowing us to share updates, photos, and thoughts in real-time. However, this constant connectivity can also lead to a sense of superficiality in our relationships. Instead of engaging in meaningful conversations and spending quality time together, we often find ourselves scrolling through news feeds, liking posts, and sending quick messages. This can create a false sense of connection, where we feel connected to others without truly investing in the relationship.

Another significant impact of social media on relationships is the rise of online dating and the changing dynamics of romantic relationships. Dating apps and websites have revolutionized the way people meet and form romantic connections. While these platforms offer convenience and a wider pool of potential partners, they also bring challenges. The abundance of choices and the emphasis on physical appearance can lead to a culture of superficiality and objectification. Additionally, the constant exposure to carefully curated online profiles can create unrealistic expectations and put pressure on individuals to present themselves in a certain way.

Furthermore, social media has introduced new challenges in maintaining privacy and trust in relationships. With the ease of sharing personal information and the prevalence of online surveillance, individuals must navigate the fine line between sharing and oversharing. The blurring of boundaries between public and private life can lead to conflicts and breaches of trust. Moreover, the temptation to compare our lives with others' highlight reels on social media can lead to feelings of inadequacy and jealousy, straining relationships.

In conclusion, social media has undoubtedly had a profound impact on human relationships. While it has provided us with unprecedented opportunities for connection and self-expression, it has also brought challenges. It is essential for individuals to be mindful of the potential pitfalls of social media and strive for a balance between online and offline interactions. Building genuine connections, investing in meaningful conversations, and prioritizing quality time with loved ones are crucial in maintaining healthy relationships in the digital age.

As an ordinary day, when the alarm went off, i wake up, did exercise, had breakfast, then wenr to work. But from deep inside, i know that something wrong and need to solve as soon as possible. I have a stable job with good income, a happy family, own a car and live in an apartment located at a central distric in HN. That maybe a dream of a lot of people. I appreciate every thing i have. However, i am seem to be do not satisfy with current life.
Surely i am not a loser, but sometimes loser is me. Almost of thing i own now, i don’t take it by myself, but with my parental assistance. I also get stuck in a dilemma situation, a move into an other position, or get an other job maybe a suiable solution. However, it’s not easy for me, and someone like me, who spend a decade in one possition, one organization. And i’m ever affraid whether can i get a better job with higher income than current.

therefor ===> therefore

As an ordinary day, when the alarm went off, i wake up, did exercise, had breakfast, then wenr to work ===> On an ordinary day, when the alarm went off, I woke up, exercised, had breakfast, then went to work (When you use the past tense, it is better to use it consistently throughout the entire sentence. In the previous sentence, you used "went off" but in the next sentence, you used "wake up." :beat_brick:)

I know that something wrong and need to solve as soon as possible ===> I know that something is wrong and needs to solve as soon as possible.

I have a stable job with good income, a happy family, own a car and live in an apartment located at a central distric in HN ===> I have a stable job with a good income, a happy family, own a car, and live in an apartment located in a central district in HN.

That maybe a dream of a lot of people. I appreciate every thing i have. However, i am seem to be do not satisfy with current life. ===> That may be a dream for a lot of people. I appreciate everything I have. However, I seem to do not satisfy with my current life. (This sentence is written carelessly. Why is the verb "seem" placed after the verb "to be", which is "am"?

)

Almost of thing i own now, i don’t take it by myself, but with my parental assistance. ===> Almost of the things I own now, I don’t take by myself, but with my parental assistance.

a move into an other position, or get an other job maybe a suiable solution ===> a move into another position, or getting another job may be a suitable solution (There are too many errors in this sentence. Why did you use a singular noun after the word "other"?)

who spend a decade in one possition, one organization. And i’m ever affraid whether can i get a better job with higher income than current. ===> who spend a decade in one position, one organization. And I’m ever afraid of whether can I get a better job with a higher income than my current one.

P/S: Your paragraph contains too many spelling errors and inconsistent grammar usage, not to mention haphazard sentence structure. I hope that next time you will write better.

And one more thing, please capitalize the letter 'I' instead of using 'i'. If you want to write English well, the first thing you should do is respect it.

On last saturday night ===> Last Saturday night (When there is an adjective in front of the day of the week, you do not use the preposition on. Therefore, you should say “Last Saturday”.)

I was be headache and thirst until night ===> Until late at night, I had headaches and thirst (This sentence is completely wrong, why is there 'was' and 'be' next to each other?)

I didn't do anything on Sunday except lay in bed like a doge, that wasted my day. ===> Rather than doing anything on Sunday, I just laid in bed like a doge (This sentence is quite vague, it needs to be written more clearly.)
I really appreciate your assistance.
I was back after 2 days delay because I had not time.
I want to write so much but I do not have enough vocabulary for this, so my purpose is writing bit by bit, day by day accompany by learning more words.
Today I'll describe the grocery store nearly my office. It's a small grocery named "Thùy Dung grocery store". The signage main color is pink, look very vibrant. The main of business are not only sell beer, alcohol and beverages but also sell some goods like snack, cream, ice cubes, home supplies, etc. Almost goods I see are from the famous brand like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Tiger, Nestle, but alcohol brand not like that. All of alcohol brand name are "home-cooked" example "Glutinous alcohol home-cooked", "Heirloom alcohol home-cooked", "White alcohol home-cooked". I have not tried alcohol of this store in the past, but I saw so many people bought those, so I think those taste very good (maybe I wrote wrong this sentence but I don't know :D). This store is not big with just about four meters in length street frontage but everyday they sell for a hundred customers, this is a big number. The annual revenue of this store maybe equal to a small enterprise. I have seen the owner, she was about 40 years old but still look young, I haven't seen her husband yet, maybe she still single or she is a single mom I don't know. In the future, I will buy something and trying strike up a conversation with her. She's not beautiful but she's rich, this point make her become beauty than ever.

Day 1
This is the first time I have written something on this forum. I hope everyone can feel happy today. Have a good day!

I really appreciate your assistance.

Thank you, and I will continue to do so with each of your paragraphs in the future.

Yeah! Thank you so much! I don't know what do you do, but if you are a teacher, you will be the best teacher like Great teacher Onizuka :D
I will narrate what I did on today. Today is Friday, no more tasks need to be complete, so I had a free day. In the morning, I drunk a cup of coffee then checked message and email, nothing was pending, my boss was traveling to business, that were great. I realized that I would have a rare free day. But I didn't want to learned or did anything because I was so lazy. Therefore, I decided to play Poker, which I have played since I was a student. I play Poker not very well but I have a passion that one day I will become famous and rich like Tony G, Tom Dwan or Daniel Negreanu. I played from 9 AM to 4 PM and I ended up winning with about 200 thousand VND in profit. It's not much, but it is my achievements, my try hard :D. Tonight, I will have some meat to eat, a good day :ROFLMAO:

Good topic
05/08/2023: Day 1
This is the first time I write on this topic. My English is so weak, and I think I must try hard everyday to get something I desire. Morning, I have accident and i spend 1.000.000 to fix my motorbike, this is so bad. I waste so many time to read news, join voz and I think I deadlock in my life. I hope when I join this topic, I will change my mind and become more than postive. Thank a lot my fens, who read this paragrap, this is so bullshit :LOL:

Yo, Welcome to my English writing error correction class.

everyday ===> every day

I have accident and i spend 1.000.000 to fix my motorbike, this is so bad. I waste so many time to read news, join voz and I think I deadlock in my life ===> Morning, I had an accident and I spent 1.000.000 to fix my motorbike, this was so bad. I wasted so much time reading the news and joining Voz and I think I deadlock in my life (When you are narrating an event that has happened, you should use the past tense.

)

But this paragraph you wrote is also disorganized and too lengthy, you should rewrite it like this:

"Due to an accident this morning, I had to spend 1.000.000 dong to repair my motorbike, which was really unfortunate. I spent a lot of time reading the news and browsing the Voz forum, and now I feel trapped."

postive ===> positive

While browsing the news on the Tuoi Tre website, I came across a very interesting article and decided to translate it into English.

Is it easy to sue an official?

Recently, Vietart Company filed a lawsuit against the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports for causing inconvenience to the business during the licensing process for the "The Drum Sound of Me Linh" cải lương performance, resulting in significant financial losses for them.

ngoc-huyen-kim-tu-long-trong-vo-tieng-trong-me-linh-do-vietart-to-chuc-thang-10-2022-16908910495581928298407.jpeg

Ngoc Huyen - Kim Tu Long in the play "The Drum Sound of Me Linh" organized by Vietart in October 2022

The ruling of the court of first instance is that Vietart lost the lawsuit, and the litigation process may continue. I have no intention of commenting on who is right or wrong, or whether the court's decision is reasonable or not. Instead, I want to address an issue that is both old and new: administrative litigation.

If you search the keyword "administrative litigation" on Google, you will receive 97.9 million results in one second. However, throughout the first 10 pages of results, there is mostly advisory and analytical content on the procedures and processes of initiating administrative litigation by law firms, as well as legal documents guiding the Administrative Procedure Law of 2015. There are only a few isolated cases where the plaintiffs are mainly wards or communes.

The question is: why do few businesses choose to initiate administrative litigation when the legal framework has been in place for a long time?

I still remember a long time ago, when the Administrative Procedure Law was first introduced, a business won a lawsuit against the tax authority for applying a legal document that had expired to collect corporate taxes.

Such cases where businesses or individuals win are very rare, and most cases end up in favor of the government. This is also the reason that discourages people and businesses from deciding to sue state administrative agencies.

On Facebook, we often see many people expressing their frustrations encountered while dealing with government agencies. They choose to seek help, complain, or even criticize administrative agencies on social media. Very few people think about initiating administrative litigation.

The majority of those who feel disadvantaged by wrongful administrative decisions often choose to accept the loss rather than get involved in a complex litigation process. They want to avoid future repercussions or opt for the solution of sharing their experiences online. It is understandable that people are hesitant to "pick a fight with a powerful opponent" when they haven't been harmed yet.

According to the law, the courts that handle administrative lawsuits are at the same level as the administrative units being sued. Local administrative organizations at the commune or ward level will be handled by district-level courts unless the defendant is a district-level leader.

Provincial or city-level courts handle cases involving higher-level administrative agencies. This inevitably leads to biased perceptions, as people may doubt the impartiality of the local courts.

And so, it is not uncommon for people to resort to bribing administrative staff to avoid inconvenience, to ensure that work is not hindered and progresses faster. Through the "rescue flight" court session, we can clearly see this phenomenon.

Whether a lawsuit is easy or not depends on both parties. Initiating administrative litigation is a civilized act. Even though the probability of winning is low, observing the arguments in court allows observers to somewhat grasp the true picture of the administrative dispute.

Even the defendants have the opportunity to defend themselves in court. And in order for people and businesses to choose the litigation path, an important factor is that the litigation process must be conducted in the correct order and the trial process must be objective according to the law.

With Vietart's case, I don't know where this lawsuit will lead, but it will set a positive precedent for disputes and conflicts caused by administrative decisions of government agencies.

When the litigation process and the administrative system truly uphold justice and integrity, people and businesses will see litigation as the best option. At that time, they will be encouraged to behave in a civilized manner according to the law, rather than accepting losses or resorting to covert means, which has become a habit.

I am struggling to make ends meet, so looking for a new job is seem to be a suitable way. Could u tell me your oppinion about job hoping.

In my opinion, job-hopping has become a prevalent trend in today's professional world. It reflects a shift from the traditional notion of staying with one company for an extended period to seeking new opportunities, growth, and personal fulfillment. Each new job brings a fresh set of challenges, experiences, and learning opportunities. Each job change has pushed you out of your comfort zone, forcing you to adapt, learn quickly, and become more resilient. This constant growth has not only enhanced your professional capabilities but has also boosted your confidence and self-belief. Another aspect of job-hopping that I appreciate is the chance to build a diverse network of professional contacts. With each new job, you have had the opportunity to connect with colleagues, mentors, and industry experts from various backgrounds. These connections have not only provided valuable guidance and support but have also opened doors to new opportunities and collaborations.

I read your translation but f*ck me, I just understand about 50 percents of this article helping by using the dictionary. I have read an article posted in VNexpress for some day ago which relate to this article, title "The enterprise was unsuccessful in sued the Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports" (Source: https://vnexpress.net/doanh-nghiep-kien-bat-thanh-so-van-hoa-va-the-thao-ha-noi-4637010.html). In this case, it's a complex problem that can't indicate who is right who is wrong. In the past, I worked in a big Bank, my job was administer some Small and Medium Enterprise. During this time, I faced with so many problems like that in the article. The administrative process exist in every organization, which make the organization follow to reduce a risk but it also contains many restrict, the example are the complexion, the executor, time and money, etc. If the enterprise want something from the state agency, they need to follow the process to achieve it. The understanding is very important to resolve the problem. The enterprise have the difficulties in processing because the state agency want so many things, the stage agency want so many things because they just follow the process. We can't blame who in this case, both have damages, the enterprise lose the money and the state agency lose the enterprise's faith. Our country is developing, the state is completing the administrative process. This administrative litigation is good signal to rush the processing. That is my opinion :D
