I have always lost my money to gambling. :<< I want to disappear. how to stop gambling?

Gambling is an addiction. Unfortunate, we don't have any good doctor to cure addiction in Vietnam. I think the most importance part is to understand what harm can gambling do to one's family. I know a lot of families which were destroy just because they have 1 gambling son.
People tend to go reckless if they think only about oneself, but if one take their time, and see how much can it affect their family maybe they will strive for something better.
But this is just my thought, I cannot give you any good advice because I have never been in your position.

I has been learning English for 2 months. I have difficulties in practicing Speaking which makes me feel bored. Im a beginer in IELTS course and its so hard to learn it due to my hectic schedule.
I suppose that i should find an online teacher to train my speaking skill. Could anybody give me some option , please ?

what video or sources did you watch?
in real life conversation is very different because of their tones, tempo, voacbulary, etc.

there's a reason they are on videos. Even in Vietnam, those that are on TV mostly have easier to understand accent (For example, Vietnam central area's accent on TV is much easier to hear than IRL).
I think you don't have to worry about understanding native speaker, if you can understand video on youtube, twitch,.... then you only need sometime to get used to native speaker's English. Just politely ask them to talk slower at first and you will get used to it in no time.
This apply not only to native speaker's English, it's also the same as other country accent. The first time I talked with a Korean guys in English, I felt like an dumbass but it only took me 1-2 weeks to get used to it.

Like "i could have done better", "I should have make that call", "if I had gone all-in that spot, I would be a VND- billionaire now "....

Hi guys, how's your day? I'm not so good at English though I've been learn English for a long time , now I'm third-year student on the one of the university in HCMC. My major is logistic- supply chain management, so many vozer on this forum is working in this career. This job required English is well however my english level is normal, so how do i improve english skills? I looking forward to receiving advice from many vozer, tks.

I have a cousin, he has gambling addiction too, like me. he did the things that we call " báo nhà" in vietnamese many times. So I always tell to myself that the things i do will never affect to my family. Keep gambling addiction under control.

I have a cousin, he used to be a video game addicted.
After he joined military service, he became a completely different person. He is now a pro soldier, gets married, and has a solid future.
I think because he can't play for a long time that he has the time to think about it thoroughly.

If my memory serves me right, we started learning from 2nd grade.
After graduated, I had worked for a Japanese company for about 5 years.
I almost forget about English.

hi, i decide to start daily writing challange, in that will write 100 words everyday and post in there, hope everyone could join me or fixing my errors

A few days ago I was watching the match between Vietnam vs China. I was so excited before the match because so many reasons. First, it is a national team’s match. Second, it is a game with China, every Vietnamese want to beat China in everything and right now football is the easiest way to do it. Coming to the match, it was give up when the team lost 2 goals at 70 minutes. When the morning come, I check the result and surprised that we lost 2-3. I did not think that we could scored two goals in that time. Also we are lost but I’m regret not to watch it. About the Vietnam chance to World Cup, I think we have no chance now, but I will watch the whole matches the team play and not miss a single minute like this game.

I think I can answer "sự thắc mắc này" by myself but I still want to know the reason why I was rejected. Is my exercise not good enough? Or something reason else?

I don't absolutely care if I get rejected or not, what I absolutely care that is why you don't give me anything your feedback as you said me that you will feedback within 2 working days.
