My career is at a deadlock. I am wondering about changing. Is it too late?

It's not uncommon, some Korean companies also give gifts such as pens, notebooks, umbrellas,... I think that originated from these companies realise the purpose of gifts: small but essential, economize and make these companies become memorable...
I think that you need vocabulary and grammar to speak? I joined a group before, but I didn't understand what everybody said, so I kept silent. When I understood what they said, I didn't know to say anything. When I said, they didn't understand. I felt so bad. I haven't joined any group since then.
I also told my friend that we would spend time talking in English, but at that time we nearly didn't talk (although we talk a lot in Vietnamese), just looked at each other and laughed.

I'm 31 now, married, having 1 kid, and living at my parent's house. My total assets are about 1.5 billion vnd. I suppose there is not so much pressure on financial condition.
I am working as a sales executive (B2B) with a total income of 35 million per month.
My work is leisured and I have so much time to do my own stuff.
But recently, I usually feel empty and have no motivation at work.
There are no challenges and opportunities to develop myself anymore. So, i know it is time to change my job now. But i do not have enough motivation to step out of my safe and comfortable zone. Rebuilding a sales career, customer data requires a lot of time and effort.
Another way is changing completely, not in Sales field anymore. My friends affirm that i am better at logical thinking, and i should follow the kind of work requiring specific expertise like finance, iT. But it is really difficult at my age now.
I am really confused and depressed.

I'm probably far from being qualified to advise you (currently a jobless student
), but I believe you could make better use of the spare time at work. This is assuming you aren't strictly supervised during that period BTW.A lot of remote jobs and freelance work have popped up after the pandemic, especially in fields like IT, finances, marketing...They don't require a lot of commitment and longevity, so they are great for "testing the water" without compromising your main income. Jumping head-first into IT for example without proper experiences would be suicidal though, so I suggest combining or expanding your sales job right now into something like, digital marketing, to at least get the hang of it.
Another alternative would be investing some of your unused wealth into bitcoins, the stock market, real estate...They are highly risky but bring high rewards too, at the right time and place. Though I understand if you don't want to find yourself at the edge of the nearest bridge a month from now
I know a Vozer who once commented here actually, @Business Process, she's working in the IT industry or at least something related to it, and also have businesses of her own. I have no doubt she's infinitely more experienced than I am, and will be able to help or point you in the right direction.

I am practising speaking fluently by reading a sentence many times to pronounce it correctly and record a paragraph, then listen again, repeat until I feel it better (but it still sounds really bad).
But, what are you going to talk about? Talking about everything you think or...?

Maybe the only thing I have is courage to keep going forward. I am always eager to accept new challenges, and curious about new things. So, I can do anything as long as I want, it can be a bit slow or a bit difficult, but there's always some ways to do it.
My advice is to search inside yourself, by reading books or listening to podcasts. You're the only one who knows what you want or what you should do and is also responsible for your choices.

I am truly in no position to give you any advice since you are 10 years older than me. But this is my take on your situation.
Normally I'll suggest you to say "**** it" and try new things. But you are married and with kid, which give you something that us single don't have: responsibility. I think you should talk about this with your wife before you make any decision. Because this is not your decision alone to make, this may affect your family and she will want a voice in this.
Personally, I think you should talk with her before you think more on this matter. Mainly because if you have dwelled too deep into the thought of switching job but your wife have another opinion, this may dampen your spirit even more.
Beside, I think you should not only say that you want to switch job but also tell her how you truly feels, but try not to put too much pressure on her.
To sum up my thought, this is something only you and your wife can figure out since you two share something none of us can truly understand unless we are in your shoes.
I know that my advices doesn't help you with your problem but I wish you good luck friend.

Thank you, that's only my own problem.
My wife will unconditionally support my decision. Umm she does not have any opinion about my career, as well as I am happy and still care for our family.
I am making up my mind this weekend.

You mentioned that you have a lot of free time to do other stuff. So unless you absolutely detest your current job, why not keep it and try out a different career to see if it sits well with you? When you've got it figured out, you can safely make the switch. Even if money is not a problem, it's good to have a steady job to fall back on.

too tired, too many regressions and releases in a too short amount of time. Don't even want to re-subcribe to the online game that I've been playing for almost a year. I actually dropped once for around 3 months in the past though. Cannot find any other interesting game to play, girl friend is going to studying abroad for 2 years in 4 months. I'm kind of old too. Slightly below average salary for a slightly above average demanding job. Upper intermediate level of English, pretty poor as academic writting. Sleepy.

Should i go aboard? I ask myself this question everyday wondering if i am able to do what people has been doing for the past decade. Next year, I will be graduating from high school. How do i study? just like my peers, with an average gpa, not bad, not excellent either. I have an middle class loving family that supports me whenever i need, but going aboard is gonna cost them a lot of money. I can borrow them, yes, i can, but will i be able to repay them? Will i be able to keep up with the class? What if i can't make new friends, can't get a job? Maybe i should study a vietnamese uni instead???
