No problem. What technology are you favor of ? some technology like GenAI, RAG.... has become commonplace in recent years. That being said, I am favour of database, so I can recommend CMU DB channel in youtube(I have flung myself into/immersed in these video with my technical passion), this channel are touched on some brief information of every databaseI like videos or podcasts about technology, but yes I think I need not only watching but also mimic/emulate/imitate it like your recommendation. Other method : applying my company. I am working for an international company and my responsibily is researching and developing some new technology. I make sure that your english will improve if you work in my team . Given the fact that you resort to use English on a daily basic if not I will not reply/review (in github, jira...) (but I detest people who love loafing around. Worse still, you can be sacked/laid off if using other languages in my team).I like videos or podcasts about technology, but yes I think I need not only watching but also mimic/emulate/imitate it like your recommendation. I like the Swift by Sundell and Swift Developer podcasts. And some other none tech podcasts: Luke English podcast, Rock n' Roll English ...
I work on the front end, and I must say that I am quite limited by the technology I use at work; that is my limitation as well. I try to learn, but it seems that if I’m not using at work, learning just for knowing is not effective for me.
Talking about databases, I have a friend who works with Oracle and he received an offer from aws. I admire guys who work on back-end, databases...
You have a great team, and I hope I can be part of it : D. About my experience, I work in a team that uses English, but most of the time I just focus on coding. Meetings are not frequent; we have 2-week or 3-week sprints with some meetings, but the rest of the time, engineers just focus on coding. For example, today I only had 3-5 minutes to talk with a colleague.
I find it hard to improve my English in that environment, even it’s an internal company. So, I try to find opportunities outside of work.

Talking about myself, I was born in the underpriveleged with subpar/poor condition. So, I live up going to America to settle down with my brothers(he has live in Rochester for the better part of recent 25 years). After receiving the greencard of the US, (comfort zone), I will have a crack at applying these companies to step out of my comfort zone. Summary, I resort to study and improve my English skills firstly to apply some prestigious universities in the US

as I observed, although GR isnt one of my my strengths, I will give you some feedback. U are lacking a lot of "that". Remember that before a new clause, u should add "that", for example
I want to say that I love taylor
without "that" : I love Taylor, after Verb, it has to be "Noun"
and some errors related to "S-V" like deficiting "S" in the Verb after some Noun like he/she

It's perfectly fine to leave out "that" in this case.
The word "that" is in parentheses, which means it is optional.

Not sure getout means impeached in your sentence but I mostly guess your meaning without issue.
ChatGPT is a good tool or maybe, a good mentor in teaching English. Let's use it for our English skills improvement. Although it can surely interact with us by Vietnamese properly, don't use it or don't count on it.
I find it quite interesting that gaconkute living in US but sometimes he also struggles in English Grammar like "that" connector in the previous post. I am not telling that I am an English GR master but you know, it is interesting. LOL.

It seems to me that 'get out" usually used in informal context rather than "impeach".
By the way, do you have any idea of learning English effectively?
I am struggling with speaking English. I do speak and can speak but not in an effective way/smoothly.

Can you give more detail? Like, how are you struggling?
Here are some tips:
- Think in English, don't translate in your head.
- Using Fillers to fill pauses in speech, i.e: you know, like, actually, well, umm... while thinking about how to continue.
- Try to memorize some commonly used Discourse markers. These are words or phrases that help to connect ideas, introduce new topics, or clarify what you're saying. I.e: For example, I don't think so, Not gonna lie, To be honest, whatever, I don't know, anyway, on the other hand...
Anyway, practice makes perfect. So it's best to practice regularly, especial with native speaker. You can listen to their daily conversation and then memorize the way they use "words" or "phrases". Podcast or streaming is the way to go. Even better if you can voice chat with them.
Btw, my English is not very good either, so take my advices with grain of salt
