Role Description
• Understand clearly the amount of work that needs to be implemented;
• Survey, measure, and redraw existing drawings building with project team;
• Develop design & technical (MEP, HVAC) interior/ exterior drawings from 3D perspective;
• Develop detail furniture drawings (understanding the structure is an advantage);
• Measure and complete the as-built drawing of the project;
• Ensure the proposed work progress;
• Responsible for managing project drawing documents;
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to complete the job;
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• From 02 - 03 years’ experience in Interior Design&Build (Office/Residence) or relevant fields.
• Understanding deeply of interior materials and construction solutions.
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility in tasks work.
• Meticulous, diligent and careful.
• Ability to operate computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting workstations.
• Manage several projects at a time.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
