Whether money plays the most important role for employees is a debatable matter. Although I acknowledge the importance of money in life, I still firmly disagree with this suggestion since there are many other factors affect employees and money and these other factors are same important

Proponents of this view may have several arguments.
They may well argue that the most important motivation of employees is money. To illustrate, many people who are struggling to survive, especially the underprivileged,prioritize money to cover many living costs, thereby they would have better choices rather than living with little money. An example of this matter is Hung, was in the final stage of lung cancer, and was put under pressure to heal his health. As a result of having money, he had a chance to revive his lung. Nevertheless, this line of reasoning is not sound as it fails to factor in the other people who came from the rich since they can pay fees to cover everything in their life.

However, I strongly disagree with the idea that money is the most important motivation of employees. The key rationale here is that one of these other factors is knowledge, gaining knowledge from working is also dispensable for many people who are ambitious, therefore they have a deeper insight of what they are doing and even better they can achieve a higher position in the future. This is evidenced by Zoah, is working for Microsoft, who is pursuing becoming a data director. As a result, with his passion for his job and putting all effort into gaining knowledge for working, he is promoted to become a director in the next year. This can also be seen in many other factors such as environment, welfare since there factors also important for employees

To summarize, it is easily understandable why many people advocate that money plays the most important role. However, I take the view that it is not the best factor for all employees and there are many other factors affect employees

Mình nhớ nhiều lỗi của bạn đã được bạn mentor bạn thuê sửa ở lần trước mà sao lần này bạn vẫn mắc những lỗi y hệt?

Ngoài ra khi bạn sử dụng các từ có khả năng nối (đại từ, conjunctions, ...), mình có hướng dẫn bạn là kiểm tra kĩ xem nó thực sự nối đến những gì, có phải thứ mình muốn không. Bạn đã kiểm tra điều này chưa?

Nếu người khác nhận xét cho bạn mà bạn không tiếp thu thì còn lâu bạn mới tiến bộ được.

em k hiểu lắm về mấy cái bạn ý sửa, tí em hỏi lại, nhưng em phân tích tất cả từ nối em đang dùng :
