I have just made a search on google about the meaning of" bring to a close", and on top of search results, I found that "to end something; to cause something to reach its final point and stop". And after reading all your explaining, I agree with you about the meaning of" bring to a close". It is the mark of the ending, does not include the implication" cause-effect". Of course, maybe my point is wrong, you need to hear more and more the others because debate help each of us grow more

The original sentence is "bring a close to" not "bring to a close". Those are completely two different phrases.

Comment vì sao nó đồng ý với interpretation của tôi.

Trong Longman:
- to cause someone or something to reach a particular state or condition
- bring something to an end/a close/a halt/a conclusion (=make something stop)
Ốp vào văn cảnh kia thì cái "1980s era of anime" nó cũng tự stop (khi đạt đến final point), mấy cái phía trước không phải là yếu tố chính.
Trong Longman cũng có lưu ý văn cảnh thường dùng "bring something to a close (=especially a meeting)".
Ngoài ra nó có thể có nghĩa nào đó

kinda hard to fall asleep, so I went on youtube and started listening. And I found this video. So inspiring that I wanted to just write down the script somewhere.

When I die, my body stops functioning.
Shut down. All at once, or gradually, my breathing stops, my heart stop beating.
Clinical death.

And my neurons are firing, and I'm seeing this firework display of memories and imagination.
And I am just ... tripping.

The dream to end all dreams.
One last great dream as my mind empties the fuckin' missile silos and then ... I stop.

I've needed to check the use of adverbs, verbs after 'stop' and lots of other stuff in order to write out complete sentences. I'm really welcome you guys to read and point out my mistakes.
P/s: Sharing a little about my story yesterday, I had intention of learning on 365datascience website. However, unfortunately, I slept at 19 p.m, woke up at 22 p.m, and slept at 3a.m again. As the consequence of unordinary sleeping time, I joined to my class late this morning. It's so pity!

'welcome' can be used as both adj and verb. But 'welcome' (adj) means 'được hoan nghênh'. I think you want to say "tôi hoan nghênh mọi người chỉ ra lỗi sai.. ". So, you should use 'welcome' (verb) in this sentence instead.
