thảo luận Practicing English with vOzers :D

The Carpenters was a very well-known band in Western Countries a couple decades ago. I used to listen to "Yesterday Once More" so many times in my college years. Their songs are also very easy to listen, the pronounciation is clear and the accent is easy to mimic. Sometime, I play the music without any intention of listen to just to let my brain get use to with the language :beauty:
Nowadays, not many singers posses such vocal techniques anymore. Since the public's interest have re-directed into techno music and EDM, singers tend to be depended on those digital devices too
I know the song you mentioned. I am not into music nowadays, because they are shouting, roaring and full of depression.

The weather is scorching hot. I am unbearable.
You don't have to say that. I bet that deep down you are a fine man, a good son and a loyal friend to people around you. Don't blame everything on yourself. No one is perfect.

Oh, and as for the weather. Yah, it's pretty hot, but still far from unbearable, at least to me. It's definitely bearable, even more so when you're trapped inside your house with one of the greatest inventions of all time, despite its rather destructive appetite for... Ozone. Can't imagine life without AC, smh :shame::pudency:.

How can i learn vocabulary, i am stupid. Although I hear every day, but i feel i don't grow :(
metoo, but i found my problem is i didn't try hard enough. we should be persistent and learn new words everyday, even just one word a day. and write that word down without vietnamese meaning, just a column with all english new words . . . then when u look back those u will find out how many words u still remember, moreover u also have to try to look up in your memory what that word means. just say that. i'm very lazy tho, feel like after many years my english skills stuck in one place ...

I am studying English languages. What books are suitable for me?
you better try to read comic books, it isn't boring at all like a whole thick novel. or find any newspapers, articles, even script of some tedtalks you're interested in.. begin with those little things first, I advise. bytheway I saw you keep asking this question about what book's title you should read but i guess you didn't read any after some advice, didn't you?

so what make you hesitate that much? grab any wall of text you find and seek a new word, write that down and be happy when you'll have moved a little bit forward in your learning journey. just do it my man : ))

last month I also had an interview to a internship position. All of that conversation was in english, although I ain't good at speaking at all. then i realized the interviewers were just like me, they didn't use any fancy or abnormal words, their accents weren't good as well. so just be brave, speak slowly, try to express all of your thought by any normal word you find it's suitable, they won't judge if you don't use any ielts words, they just wanna understand your abilities. finally, wish you all the best for your next interview, try to get an internship and you will have many chances to improve english skills in that company environment

The day is perfect with coffee. Do you guys agree with me that thing ?. I always thinking positive and happy everyday.
