A litte bit of grammar correction here. The mistakes are colored red. You should've known the basis of reported speech in order to tell your own experience. I hereby rewrite your sentences as follows:

Holy ****! Last Friday night, I drank about 10 glasses of beer and a few cups of wine. After that, I couldn't remember anything anymore. I spent the whole night sleeping. When I got up the next morning, I was having a hangover. I wished I had never drunk like that, but a wish was just a wish due to my job (which) sometimes required me to assist my boss in drinking beer at parties.

Two possibilities:
- Stimulus cheque doesn't really exist out side of TV/ official media
- The money machines go brrrrrrr. But again, it's only like 3 trillion USD while our annual GDP is like 200 something trillion. So I think it can easily be paid within a year or so. About inflation, bear in mind that a controlled inflation rate is essential for growth. As long as inflation rate is lower than growth we all are ayyy okay.

The money comes from the government budget, and apparently/obviously the government will need to cut spending on certain things for this to be possible.

you meant "have been learning" ? and in English, dog is not usually used as a measurement to assess the ability of someone. You would rather say like "stupid as hell/shit" is much better in the context.

Then you should try learning seriously for once. It only takes 3-4 years of intensive learning to be able to use English comfortably

Im 30 years old. I try to learn EL so much more but life don’t like a dream, my EL skill so bad. Now i try hard to learn EL seriously once again. I finding the best way to learning EL. I know sentences i wrote is gramar wrong but i still write

Thật sự là về ngữ pháp thì mình mù tịt luôn. Trước giờ cũng nghe nhiều nhạc EL, xem nhiều film EL nữa mà có vẻ như nước đổ lá khoai. Hiện giờ mình đang tìm phương pháp và giáo trình phù hợp nhất và sẽ bắt tay vào việc học nghiêm túc xem sao. Thật ra công việc cũng k dùng mấy, mà thích học EL để đọc tài liệu, rồi thi thoảng chém gió, xem film k cần sub nữa. Nghĩ đến đã thấy thích rồi

It seems like we are in the same circumstance. I am 29, just got married a few months ago. My English is not so good. I can read techinical documents and have a short conversation but my writing skill is really bad. I just need to write working email but it doesn't good email, i think.
