I think overall, you're making some progress. In some exercises, you did better than I expected. However, I think there are still some consistent mistakes, such as misreading questions, failing to differentiate consonant sounds...
Don't feel bad if you don't get any questions right; these questions are designed to be challenging so that you learn something from them.
To improve, I think watching the Rachel's English videos that I gave you in tandem with doing these exercises would help you better differentiate consonant sounds.

Very good. You only missed 3 videos (the 4th, 5th, 11th) out of 12.
There are phrases that you couldn't recognize in previous lessons, but now you can, and I hope you can see some of your improvement.

You learned them from videos (spoken language), so of course you can use them.
On the formality of these phrases, I have explained them in previous lessons. If I don't explain anything about formality, you can ask here or assume that the phrase is neutral (can be use in all situations).

but it is quite easy to "grab" your options, when it comes to "filling in the blank" or something related to "dictation, listen what U heard and repeat again", it it too tough

after listening 11th video(about gourmet) again, I heard "It's up(nối âm đọc là sup) to you because Y are express yourself, your exeperience, your own flavour" ??? => so I lean toward "up to" in 11th video

Imagine your vocabulary as the set of options in lesson 9. As long as you can recognize phrases in your vocabulary, you're good to go. If you can't recognize a phrase and it is not in your vocabulary, you need to work on your vocabulary. Don't feel bad about not getting something that is not in your vocabulary. However, I still want you to try your best because our memory works better when we make mistakes that are then corrected.

U know, when it comes to Listening skill, I am quite frighten since I have an eclectic mix of low academic score when doing IELTS Listening test

I am struggling to do Listening, U know, via about 10 precious exercises, when I listen, I only catch "keywords" instead of "comprehending what they are saying" because it is quite tough. For example :
I want to bring a PLATE to my MOTHER in the garden
ok, I listen only and understand PLATE and MOTHER, so with your question, if the answer in the blank I can't understand what it means, it is difficult to do and fill(like BRING or GARDEN... )
as I saw, U depend on " pronunciation " ???, I mean, with PLATE, u can know I grabbed "t sound" correctly, is it correct => how can U do that
