I've never witnessed officials engaging in bribery and misconduct to such an alarming degree. Just a few days back, I came across an article about a high-ranking advisor from the Traffic Police Department in Vinh Phuc province, who held the rank of Lieutenant and was involved in the heinous act of kidnapping, demanding a staggering ransom of 15 billion VND. The Viet A case has shed light on a harsh reality: There are numerous corrupt officials like this out there, shamelessly profiting from ill-gotten gains, all at the expense of the blood, sweat, and tears of the people. It truly is a world filled with disillusionment, isn't it?Wow, these bureaucrats' greed surely knows no bounds. You would expect them to have even a modicum of conscience left, especially when the country was in such peril. And there are the embezzlement of the Covid-19 funds, the controversies surrounding the rescue flights and the failure to deploy Nanocovax. No wonder the denizens of F33 have become so jaded and disillusioned with the government. At no time has the citizens' trust in the government dropped any lower than this. And the economy is predicted to be already in a recession and might even spiral downwards even further in the next few recent years. All of this really makes me wonder how things will eventually pan out.
And what frustrates me the most is that now in the F33 section, we no longer have the freedom to discuss these matters openly as before due to strict regulations there. It appears that this is the sole haven where we can openly and freely exchange ideas on social matters, without the constant fear of some moderator pulling an "oops" on the thread.
